If additional Python3 packages are needed, those available under:

• https://packages.ubuntu.com/jammy/python/

can be installed by the system administrator. Please consult Prof. Miyoshi.

For Python package management and virtual environments, uv and pipenv are available. For example, uv can be used immediately as follows:

isgs2023$ uv --version
uv 0.11.21 (x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu)
